CoolSim is a subscription service that varies in price according to the expected use of the software. Subscriptions are annual and the price includes full email and telephone support as well as access to the CoolSim User Portal including training modules, case studies and other valuable information to improve the overall user experience.  The entry price of a subscription for CoolSim starts at under $10,000. Level 1 Subscription

The Level 1 Subscription is appropriate for new users or periodic users requiring occasional access to the CoolSim data center modeling software. This subscription level is perfect for a new user during the first year of learning how the software operates, or for the experienced CoolSim user wishing to perform occasional "what-if" analyses to understand the affect of new equipment or configuration in an existing data center. The subscription includes full support including installation support, online training, and access to the CoolSim User Portal. Additional services ranging from CoolSim model building to full data center analysis services are available upon request.  

Level 2 Subscription

The Level 2 Subscription is targeted toward intermediate users expecting to perform thermal simulation more often or analyzing more complex data center designs. This level of service is perfect for consulting teams performing several studies per year, or for data center management teams with multiple facilites to consider.  The subscription includes full support including installation support, on line training, and access to the CoolSim User Portal. Additional services ranging from CoolSim model building to full data center analysis services are available upon request.

Level 3 Subscription

The Level 3 Subscription is recommended for advanced users expecting to perform thermal simulations frequently and/or analyzing large and often very complex data centers.  This level is appropriate for consulting teams specializing in data center optimization or large multinational corporations with many data centers throughout their organization. The subscription includes full support including installation support, online training, and access to the CoolSim User Portal. Additional services ranging from CoolSim model building to full data center analysis services are available upon request.
